WONDERFUL is the word that didn’t let me go when I was staring at the photos of this 100-square-metre flat in Paris and was constantly chasing me meanwhile I was writing this post. Well indeed. I survived a moment again when I envied myself that I can see such a nice view at least in the form of photos.

It’s difficult for me to find appropriate words and to find a starting point which I would investigate interior from. Maybe that happened because this interior doesn‘t merge into the frames of any traditional interior under specific name? After all, a pure autent classics, industrial style details, farmhouse feeling and glamour shine combine here. It could be called eclectic (technically it‘s so) but I would think of a completely new word for this combination. Unfortunately, no good version comes to head.

Versailles pattern wooden floor looks classical and reminds a farmstead at the same time. It‘s obvious that the flat was established not in the new premises, but in the long-age-recalling-premises. Ceiling, the wall in a bedroom and floor which most probably was a bit renewed give it away. Marble is one more element of the classical style.

There‘re few pieces of furniture in the apartment but they‘re of a rather high quality and perfect design. Round forms is their distinguishing quality and a velvet sofa with pillows and a shiny metal are the signs of glamour style. Illumonators is the element of industrial style which is used in moderation and doesn‘t “fall“ out of the context.

The wood that‘s used is of a rather warm shade. It warms up the interior of rather cold colours and forces one to think about a farmstead. Meanwhile niches close to a fireplace and a table with shelters look completely simple – as if a solution that was popular some time ago (probably such niches on the walls are still surviving in a lot of places).

And what have I told you? There‘s so much of everything and so little at the same time. I‘ll recur – wonderful! And the visualizations-collages that were made are very cheerful! Did you like this interior? Would you live in such?
