Small spaces require to carefully think about the function of each piece of furniture, thus, I will show one of the possible “space-saving” type roomy solutions.

Please take a look at 44 sq.m flat in Portugal, designed by Consexto architects. The flat is divided into 5 separate zones. Two of them are separated by sliding closet which serves as a wardrobe from the side of the bedroom and from the guest room side places the table, mini bar and home cinema system.

Generally, everything in this flat is automated and controlled by an only press. To compare, I am going to show some videos (at the very bottom) which contain similar principles, however, there are no automation – everything is pushed and pulled out by hands.
