Probably that’s one of the smallest apartments that I’ve ever seen. I’ll probably not wonder anyone, as its place is Paris. If you’re looking for solutions for small spaces please look for interiors exactly in this city. Paris people indeed know how to use disadvantages to make the advantages.

When I first saw this flat, I didn’t pay my attention to quadrature and when I’ve read it I couldn’t believe – the apartment looks much more spacious! What’s more, besides the space area which is as average size bedroom in individual house ceiling is pitched that even more reduces the space and there’s a need to resist hanging cabinets and a lot of other solutions. Of course, under slope as much as possible the cabinets are projected.

A kitchen is small but big enough for such area. It’s raised on the platform under which impassable bed is hidden which can turn to sofa or a scenario can be changed and one can have a bar with 4 sitting places. Please pay attention to the fact that a kitchen floor is used – there’s a space for things under them. A coffee table is also unusual but with raising countertop. A rather capacious wardrobe is projected next to the entrance and besides, to my great wonder, a mini work zone found some space. Moreover, plywood is used here as a main material and there’s a reason for that because it looks rather light. I couldn’t understand the wall solution in a bathroom but the right key was taken to escape from a complicated situation.

Below you’ll see a very interesting furniture plan – the walls are marked in red and those walls were pulled down before. In addition, the budget was 33 000 Eur.
