Skyhouse - penthouse interior
Stainless steel skating rink is probably one of the weirdest elements that I’ve ever seen.

It’s likely that this interior will cause tons of emotions – from admiration to confusion where, what and how. When I personally saw these photos, I couldn’t understand whether I like the interior or not. I’ve made a conclusion that if I stopped to see it for a while, probably I found something that admires me in that interior.
Under no circumstances would I live in such an interior, however, if I had the opportunity to stay in the Skyhouse apartments for a couple nights while traveling, I’d definitely do so. Not each day can you see such a contrasting and rather meaningful and memorable interior. Some of the details are indeed charming, for instance, the dining table with a plate composition on the wall, a very tempting outdoor terrace and a rather original horse-lamp and very strange paintings in a good way.
The Skyhouse – an interior created by New York. The Skyhouse’s landlords requested surprises, strictness as well as playfulness. The space is arranged at four levels with complex passageways and views to a city panorama. The element which combines everything is a stainless steel skating rink. It’s probably one of the weirdest elements that I’ve ever seen while exploring interior projects. Even the windows are equipped in this skating rink so that the light could get into this tunnel! The interior is full of designer-created frescos, elements and even equipment – nobody could get bored or sad here!
