Such a small space, however, such a spacy impression! Only 28 sq.m apartment in Milano has several scenarios and is applied to sleep as well as a party with friends.
A plywood is used for furniture and it wasn’t wondering that exactly this finishing material is prevailing in a lot of small interiors. And why not? It looks modern, is enough light and firm. This plan perfectly reflects all flat possibilities where a guest room/bedroom/dining room space is best transformed.
That is how it looks like when everything is hidden (well, a bed on castors is seen a bit). As if there’s nothing here but it’s temporary!
A table with chairs is pulled out of some closet and when there’s a night time – a bed.
Closets that are situated in other side hide the bed that is dedicated to guests that is used and as a sofa that can change its location. Pay your attention how massive but unnoticeable the black heater is.

Entrance to the kitchen is as a separate stronghold.
A kitchen is small, more projected in a way that it was nice from a design side than maximally used. And why is it needed if lords don’t cook and only do cocktails for guests?
A bit further behind the wall (there’s a separate entrance that’s seen in the first photos) the bathroom is hidden. Equally blue as a kitchen and laconic as well. Lighting is also not exclusive, there’re only several lamps and office lighting in a main space.
